What a Bicycle Service Includes
Every service starts with a bicycle intake and mechanical inspection. We check the condition of key components, explain what we find, and separate urgent work from optional maintenance before moving ahead.
Common requests include brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and a standard tune-up. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and compatibility is confirmed before anything is ordered.
Clear inspection first, then approved work only.
Cycle Craft services bicycles with a practical, step-by-step process that keeps you informed before any extra work begins.
If additional work is needed, we ask for approval before continuing. This helps keep the scope clear and makes the service summary easier to follow when you collect your bicycle.
Typical turnaround is two to four business days after inspection, depending on the work required and parts availability. We do not promise a final price or completion date until the bicycle has been checked.
